Gugulethu Sophie Mbatha, also called Gugu - is a British stage actress and film actor. Gugu gained notoriety after appearing on the BBC's Doctor Who,' a British science-fiction television show. Gugu achieved a lot of fame by appearing in the role of Tish Jones, the daughter of a major character called Martha Jones, in the drama. The audience loved her cheerful energy and spontaneity, and there was there was no turning back for Gugu from a successful career in acting! Gugu also appeared in various British stage and TV productions. The critics are raveing about her amazing performances in British period drama 'Belle' (2013) as well as the romantic drama "Beyond the lights", (2014). In American productions, she's been featured in TV shows such as "Undercover" and "Touch" in addition to as Tom Hanks comedy film Larry Crowne. In 2015, Gugu Mbatha Raw played the lead role in the play 'Nell Gwynn' written that was written by Jessica Swale, as a person who played an actress as well as the mistress of King Charles II of England and Scotland. After receiving a great deal of praise from reviewers for her exceptional performance, she was nominated by Evening Standard Theatre Award. Chelsea Joy Handler is a New Jersey native born in Livingston on the 25th of February, 1975. She was one of the six youngest children. Her mother worked as a housekeeper, while her father worked as a used-car dealer. Her mother is a German who immigrated into the United States from Germany in 1958. In 1989 Handler was diagnosed with cancer and died ten years afterward. Her father was Jewish and she was raised in Reform Judaism. Handler was blessed with a joyful and healthy life within a thriving neighborhood. At the age of 19 she made the move into Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. To help support her family, Handler began to work as an actress. However, when she was aged 21, Handler decided to pursue stand-up comedy as a full-time profession because she realized her story telling talents. Handler began her career in the Oxygen Network's Girls Behaving badly which was a reality program with a hidden-camera/practical joke. This reality show ran from 2002-2005. The host appeared on various shows, such as Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show The Practice as well as My Wife and Kids. Handler started working for The Tonight Show as a correspondent. Handler received her first big break in 2006, when she began hosting her own show on E! It was called The Chelsea Handler Show. The show ran for two seasons. The following year, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend, HBO and Comedy Central have all aired her stand-up comedy shows. In 2010, she hosted the MTV Video Music Awards 2010 were revealed. She was the only female host in history following Roseanne.
